Bill Goebel, President
Bill has over twenty years experience in senior management in marketing, sales, licensing, manufacturing, importing & exporting and finance . He is an innovative and creative problem solver with strong skills in strategic and tactical planning and is knowledgeable in markets and cultures in North America, Latin America, Australia, Africa, Far East and Europe.  He has studied at Harvard, Case Western Reserve, Cleveland State University and Roosevelt universities.

Jed Corman, Vice President of Marketing
Jed worked for Kayser-Roth Hosiery for fourteen years gaining experience with consumer packaged goods and apparel selling to food, drug, mass and department/specialty retailers. Since leaving there, he has been with several marketing/advertising agencies, as well as providing freelance consulting on a range of projects He has a BBA in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Georgia.

Geoff Atack, Director of Business Development
Geoff has over thirty years experience in marketing, advertising, sales promotion and business development. Prior to moving to Greensboro in 1993 he worked in London, Atlanta and Miami with medium and large corporations and advertising agencies. He has prepared effective promotions for banks, textile companies, hair care products, pharmaceuticals, several cruise lines and many more.

Raymond Pysher, Director of Mechanical Training
Ray has over 30 years of engineering management experience with Blue Ridge Winkler Textiles, Penn Poly Corporation, Guilford Mills and other companies. He has been responsible for project engineering, plant engineering and corporate engineering and has performed as a consulting engineer to Dupont, Invista, Glen Raven and other companies.

Randy Ludington, Electrical Instructor
Randy is an electrical engineer with over 20 years of industrial/construction experience as a project engineer. He also spent 14 years teaching electricity and electronics for Guilford Technical Community College in Greensboro before retiring in 2010. His teaching style for electrical classes is from a base of practical as well as theoretical knowledge.

Parks Newby, Lead Mechanical Instructor
Parks has over twenty-six years experience working in product development and eight years as a full time faculty member in higher education. He has been a lecturer and instructor and adjunct instructor at North Carolina State University for many years.

Dan Patterson, Instructor
Dan is an experienced aircraft systems instructor having worked in that capacity and as a maintenance and avionics technician with Pace Airlines and US Airways.

Nancy Pysher, Instructor
Nancy has over twenty years experience in management of human resources for diverse workforces including Guilford Mills, Burger King Corp. and Kayser Roth Hosiery. Her emphasis lies in employee relations, supervisory training and HR policy development.

Ruby Weathersbee, Instructor
Ruby was a senior human resource executive for three companies before establishing RHW Consulting in 2004. She has been recognized as the Outstanding Human Resource Professional of the year by the North Carolina Society for Human Resource Management State Council. She has been an authorized OSHA general industry outreach trainer of six years.

Jim Rogers, Instructor
Jim retired from the United States Navy in 1988. Since then he has been in law firm management and corporate and employment law practice. He holds a BS in Accounting and an LLM (Law and Psychiatry) from George Washington University.

Beverly Cowart, Principal Organizational Consultant
Beverly is a specialist in human resources outsourcing functions and organizational development. She earned her BS in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and had ten years of experience as an industrial engineer and nine years in human resources prior to her present position.

Will Goebel, Administrative Assistant
Will works with telephones, documents, trainers, students, vendors and internal systems within MPACT to help insure the smooth day to day operation of the company.

Gabriel Gonzalez
Gabriel has extensive plant management and engineering experience and is an expert in the Latin American and Asian markets. He has an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia.

Joel Leonard
Joel is a graduate of Elon University. With over fifteen years experience in the maintenance field, he has installed hundreds of computerized maintenance management systems and has spoken at many maintenance conferences. Joel is past National Vice President of Membership of the Association for Facilities Engineering.

Robert Williamson - Strategic Work Systems
Bob has worked in more than 400 plants helping clients improve the "people-side of world-class manufacturing and maintenance" for more than 30 years. He has taught tooling and machine design; worked and consulted in job design, training program and materials development; equipment performance and reliability improvement and Total Productive Maintenance.
